Change Is A Good Thing

Readers, have we got an apology for you. You might have noticed that since the holidays we've been... distracted? Late on posts? Nonexistent on posts? Yup, all of those apply. So let us start our three part apology with this most excellent gif from one of the greatest movies of all time.

We are in the weeds of pre-production on a new project and it means that our heads are filled with lists and drafts and meeting schedules and endless, endless emails. Which means that the blog has been falling to the wayside. For great reasons, because we love this new project, but we also love our blog and we want to maintain our quality of nerding out here.

So we've done some thinking about it and it seems like the right kind of time to change things up around here. Our weekly Movie Crush Monday is going to become a monthly post, we're adding a TV Tuesday where we talk about what we're watching, and then we'll take turns with a weekly individual post. We're hoping that this new schedule will let us focus more on writing the kind of content we want to write while we keep up with our pre-production schedule.

Time for the second part of our apology, my favorite scene of Jean Ralphio, one of the best characters ever brought to television:

All that said, we are SO excited about our new project and we promise we'll tell you all about it just as soon as we can. It's been a blast to work on so far and things are only going to get more fun from here. It's even worth the truly impressive amount of emails we've not only had to open but then respond to.

Final apology here. We have a small but loyal group of readers, and we've honestly tried our darndest to make our self-imposed deadlines, but we've been just awful at it this year. Just know that we really do love our blog, and we want to keep putting out the semi-ranty, nerd based content that you've come to expect from us. Who else is going to have a full blown meltdown for you every time Chris Evans touches a puppy?

Much love,
CT & Little C
